Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to masakins and related cloud software offered by All About Art, Inc.. By creating an account, starting a trial, or submitting an order form, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.

1. The service

Aithropoid provides business process automation infrastructure, APIs, and related enterprise features. The platform is sold as B2B software. It is not consumer retail software, not a personal file locker, and not a guarantee of any particular business outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to bind the company you represent. You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your workspace.

3. Plans and billing

Starter and Professional fees are stated on the Pricing section. Enterprise pricing is quoted separately. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the customer dashboard or by written notice to hello@masakins. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the APIs, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful data, or use the service to violate third-party rights. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.

5. Customer data

You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.

6. Intellectual property

Aithropoid, the console design, and related marks remain owned by All About Art, Inc. or licensors. You may not copy the platform except as allowed by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. Uptime and automation results depend on configuration, integrations, and third-party systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Boston, Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
